Food bank using a 'Shopping Model'. You get to decide which foods you take home, that best suits your individual and families needs and dietary requirements.

• Provides emergency food for those in need.
• Variety of fresh produce, perishable food items such as bread, milk, eggs as well as non-perishable.
• All information is held in confidence.
• Visits are twice per month.

Please note, last client will be served 15 minutes prior to closing.

Financial donation receipts can be given for tax purposes.

Client Shopping Hours: Wed 1 pm-5 pm, Thu 1 pm-4 pm and 5 pm-7 pm
Donation Hours: Tue 9 am-12 noon, Wed 9 am-5 pm, Thu 9 am-7 pm

Proof of income not required.

New Client Registration: Register during shopping hours.  Arrive 30 minutes before closing allowing enough time for you to register and shop.
What To Bring: Please bring photo identification showing proof of address for yourself and all members of your household. A photo of your spouse's identification and health cards for children is fine. Bring income stubs (employment, ODSP, OW, EI, CPP, etc.,). Please note, income is only asked for statistical purposes and does not determine if you are eligible to use the food bank.
